The Role

As the project manager, you'll be you will be responsible for planning, tracking, delivery of software (web, mobile and api) development, and reporting activities conducted within the software development team.You'll be working directly with the CTO. You need to understand the direction of the company, and plan the development lifecycle, when and how to deliver.What is needed to progress faster, it's your call. The only mindset that you'll need is, how to get it done.

The Requirements

• Experience in leading and managing teams. We are planning to apply agile practices, so it will be good if you have solid background in managing agile teams.
• Good interpersonal skill. You are able to see what other's can't see in people. You have the confidence to bring out the most of people.
• Co-ordinating and completing development projects on time.
• Good planning and management skills. You understand what your team is capable of and will suggest a suitable pipeline that'll benefit the company the most.
• Solid technical background and understanding on software development lifecycle
